Hello beautiful people! It's been QUITE a while, but we wanted to quickly recap some project highlights of 2019. Take a look!
Cards
While 2019 was not the year of custom cards, we still managed to create a few, along with some stock cards. Take a look at the ones below!
New Custom Projects
We started the year off with a custom request not just for a baby shower invitation, but also for custom lined envelopes - 100 of them! The work was cut out for this one-woman show, but it was such a pleasure creating these for our customer. Check out the photo below to see the kraft (aka brown paper bag) envelopes lined with the #ankara print paper.
Here's the invite that went along with it!
In addition to the custom lined envelopes, we want to highlight three additional projects that we had the honor of working on:
1. Natural nail care blogger, Nail That Chip, hosted her first Summer Buffer event in London and we were happy to be a sponsor by supplying "nailfie" and full sized photo booth props. The nailfie props were designed specifically to be hand-held size to show off everyone's fancy manicure. How cute are they?! By the way, those are Nail That Chip's real nails!
2. After seeing the work we completed for a BFF's baby shower, a new customer reached out expressing her desire for custom bridesmaids proposals. This wasn't something we'd done before, but we were happy to make it happen. We ended up designing a tri-fold proposal with a bold "Hey girl, hey!" message to make things fun. The bride-to-be wrote personalized messages (her wonderful idea) to each bridal party member and we slipped those into the inner pocket of the envelope. We also added a touch of vellum paper with a die cut glitter card stock ring. The added touch that was super new for us was using vinyl to personalize acrylic hexagon with the name of each bridesmaid. We won't lie-- it was a somewhat of a tedious process, so MAD respect to everyone who uses vinyl. All in all, everything turned out beautifully! Check it out!
3. In October, we collaborated with District of HER to create specific JiJi D. - District of HER affirmation cards and bookmarks for the soft launch of their new project, designed to provide "tips, tools & pop ups designed and curated for women, by women." We designed three different bookmarks and six different affirmation cards for the event. We didn't capture the best photos as we were under the weather that day, but check out the dope set up that JoJo had created for the cards and bookmarks.
Photo Booth Props
Enough said! The photos speak for themselves!
We had a custom card GIVEAWAY!
The winner of our giveaway had us create a custom "Thank You" card that aligned with the theme of her birthday getaway invitation. We were able to pull something off that she loved. Check it out!
Alas, good people. That is all for now. Drop some comments letting us know what you think about some of these 2019 projects. We promise to post more in 2020, so get ready!
